Brief:
Ecademy is the Trusted Business Network built on the philosophy that 'winning by sharing' is key to success.
Members join for contacts, knowledge, support and business transactions through the website's unique
networking tools and face to face at networking events. With over 40,000 members Worldwide, Ecademy
just keeps on growing.
The website, while hugely functional and advanced in technology - is not the most intuitive of sites. It takes
some members up to 100 hours to fully master the site and learn all of its functions and iconography. Ecademy
came to Cognac in search of a simple way of communicating the functions of the website whilst educating
the recipient on the benefits of networking online.
Cognac Solution:
Working closely with Thomas Power and the Ecademy team, Cognac constructed a complete overview of the
Ecademy site and all of it’s functions. In addition this, we worked with several experienced Ecademy members
to put togther a “hot tips” section and talk not just about pure functionality, but also about using Ecademy
to optimise your networking results.
Results:
In just 4 weeks, the Ecademy Big Picture has landed on over 800 desks and been seen online by more than
30,000 people. The Ecademy Big Picture has reduced the time it takes to become efficient on Ecademy.com
from 100 hours in some cases down to just 10 minutes. Thomas Power and his team now use it to talk to
sponsors, new members and for their weekly networking workshops. We have sent copies all over the UK
for networking events, and most recently re-designed it for the “Asian Tour”.
