PEO Projects were losing sales they deserved to win as potential clients were not understanding the proposition or seeing the full range of services. The PEO Projects sales team needed to explain their proposition to HR Directors/Managers and equip them to sell that need to their Business owner or FD, or indeed the CEO/FD direct with very little HR speak/knowledge let alone the need or risk.

PEO Projects knew that the first 10 minutes had the most impact on a busy executive. They needed the execs to understand, remember, engage and, most importantly, to act by taking up an audit or purchasing transformation consultancy from PEO Projects.

Through the Big Picture process of interviews and analysis we realised the need to make the product tangible. We needed to clearly and simply explain the whole range of services offered by PEO Projects to avoid confusion and highlight need.

The Big picture we created not only sets out what PEO Projects does (their value proposition), but it also helps clients (SMEs) to realise and identify the need within their business and the process/journey they need to take to achieve this. The use of imagery brings an otherwise intangible product to life and guides both the salesperson and the client through a simple process of explanation and identification of need. The use of images around a circle showing the range of services offered has far greater impact then a written list. By showing the services visually they are easily understood and the whole range is instantly accessible. The overriding message clearly communicated by the images at the top left and right is that without using PEO Projects, companies risk loss of talent and reduced growth.

Through simple navigation, meaningful titles, appropriate images and relevant branding we produced a clear and effective multi-usage piece of collateral. It provides a basis for an easy, structured and professional pre-qualification meeting, a good leave behind as a roadmap, as well as an informative document.

Results:

PEO Projects are benefitting from the results. They have shortened their sales cycle and are closing deals more quickly. They are now delivering a professional, consistent message across to Directors in the time it takes to have a coffee break.
