Session outline:
The term “Big Picture” is used by many visual communication consultancies. In the case of Couravel they use Big Pictures to:
- Help leadership teams articulate their strategies
- Improve managers communication and coaching skills
- Engage with employees to provide Line of Sight from “my job” to the Big Picture
- Mike will illustrate the approach with reference to recent case studies and reflect on some of the successes and challenges encountered.
An interactive session will focus on particular challenges that organisations using this approach face, including:
- How to win the buy-in of leadership and managers to a visual communication approach which is new to many
- How to develop good quality conversations so that the picture is simply used as a tool to develop more effective communication about the strategy and what it means for me
- How to measure the success of the process
