Talent: Apply here!

what are you getting yourself into?

A dynamic, young company (est. 2004) we punch above our weight working with large clients to simplify and communicate their biggest challenges.

We believe that getting people to understand what they need to do (communication) is one of our clients biggest challenges. Cognac can communicate anything in ten minutes, guaranteed! We do this by uncovering our clients' 'big picture'.

consulting

You may well not have been called a "consultant" previously - but you are certainly bright enough. You enjoy the challenge of working in different areas, you're bright enough to catch up fast and you get a lot done in a day! You are ready for the next challenge - and the idea of understanding, simplifying and communicating clients’ most critical challenges lights your fire.

design

Cognac's process depends heavily on the unique blend of comms consultancy and dynamic graphic design / visual communication. This is where you come in - to be a cognac designer, you need more than technical ability. You need the intellectual capacity to understand multi-faceted messages and often complex briefs, in order to be able to visually represent them in a way others can easily understand.

Ricky Oneill

Ricky O'Neill, Creative Director

"This is totally different to working in an agency. You are involved not just from the brief writing stage, but WAY before that... in some cases my design ideas, and input into the structure of a big picture, have actually changed the way a company markets itself, and even organises itself! You learn something new every week, something that has never been communicated in this way before. I've worked on over 100 big pictures and can't wait for the next one"
