OFSCI had been struggling to align the UK foodservice industry around key standards because the topic is perceived to be boring and non-urgent. There are £450 million of benefits for members available in the UK alone that few people realise and appreciate.Success for OFSCI relied on capturing the interest of the industry. OFSCI had the necessary collateral and detail to communicate this message well in two technical hours – but wanted to get across that core message to a wider audience within ten minutes.
OFSCI was therefore committed to explaining this proposition in a simple, compelling manner.
