Brief:

Professional Excellence International was losing sales it deserved to win, because prospective clients could not appreciate how their offering differed from the many other training companies out there. Not only that, but the product was sophisticated and needed to be communicated effectively. What was needed was a way of demonstrating the product in its entirety, and without having to subject the prospect to screen after screen from a laptop. A 'Big Picture' was needed to use in initial meetings with prospects, as a direct mail item, and as a high impact overview during training sessions.

Cognac Solution:

Two co-branded Big Pictures, one for Advanced Sales Development System, and one for Advanced Management Development System. The goal was to create a tool for communicating and installing the values of the programmes, and to explain the modular approach to the system.

Results:

Professional Excellence International are now achieving the sales they deserve to win by utilising their big picture in those vital initial sales meetings and by providing them as a high impact take home for prospects.
