Brief:
Whatever business stage you are at RunningStart.info provides experienced information, cost-effective
guidance, friendly encouragement and immediate solutions to help your business start up, set up and
grow. The delivery model places emphasis on building community relationships to find the experience &
knowledge to share with new small businesses.
The need for Cognac was two-fold: first, to raise awareness within the local community for supporting
small business, and so a "big picture business plan" was needed to clearly demonstrate the potential of the
model; second, to convey the core message and get people "onboard" quickly -- so a big picture to detail
what it is, how it works and the benefits of getting involved.
Cognac Solution:
Working closely with Margaret Mannion, Cognac created two separate big pictures to answer the above
needs. Sticking closely to the brand style already in place, we were able to use visuals to show the
dynamics of the organisation and the community interaction involved.
Results:
The big pictures created for RunningStart.info are now an integral part of the growth plan for the organisation.
They are used to "recruit" both experienced Entrepreneurs (Mentors) to derive information and
inexperienced, new/young entrepreneurs and business owners to make use of that information.
