Brief:
Xploit has a strong offering in a rapidly growing market. Although that market is open for the taking, with
few established players, Xpolit were not making the impact they deserve and risked failing to take advantage
of that window of opportunity.
Xploit needed to rapidly, clearly and professionally communicate their proposition at a detailed level to their
considerable network. In particular enabling Xploit to gain access to the far more lucrative corporate market
and the associated residual fees.
This communication "roadblock" is fundamental to creating a return on the £50,000 invested in building
Xploit to date.

Designed as a pure sales aid, to be talked through with an Xploit consultant - the big picture clearly defines
the paths and options available to Xploit clients. By splitting the core services into 4 areas, and focussing
purely on client benefits the big picture enables partners old and new to clearly and quickly explain the value
of Xploit to their prospects in a consistent manner.
Results:
3 months after the introduction of the Xploit big picture, the feedback is positive and results are nudging
upwards. The Xploit partners and consultants having been at first sceptical, now refuse to leave for a meeting
without a big picture.
