Brief:

Lack of alignment was threatening the continued growth of Young Enterprise. Touching the lives of one million young people each year relies on uniting sponsors, volunteers and schools with minimal personal contact. To be successful Young Enterprise needed to capture and maintain the support of tens of thousands of volunteers and schools. As a charity interacting with volunteers the time and budget available for communicating this clarity was heavily restricted.
Young Enterprise relies on both government and private enterprise for funding – and must rapidly capture the imagination of busy decision makers.
Young Enterprise is therefore committed to explaining its vision to thousands of people in a simple, compelling manner.
The big pictures are being used with current and prospective volunteers, schools and sponsors:

  • In face-face meetings
  • Mailed to prospective partners as low cost recruitment / training
  • At exhibitions & seminars as a high impact take-home

By restructuring the core programs on offer, we were able to simplify the format and form a matrix of benefits across each age range. Mixing this with relevant info for sponsors, volunteers and investors.
